Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best experience for all participants, please review our cancellation policy below:

• 24 hours or more before the event: You'll receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
• Less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before the event: You'll receive a credit to your Match Point account that can be used toward a future event.
• Less than 6 hours before the event: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund or account credit.
