Explosive training

Training instructed by Chris Zablocki - Agility, Power, Speed and Strength training will focus on improving one’s speed. During a training session one will go through various drills to help increase speed, increase reaction, and change directions more efficiently in their sport. - Please bring a pair of gym shoes to be worn for lessons. No street shoes allowed please.
