Meet Coach David Benton

Coach David Benton brings nearly a decade of experience developing female basketball players in Sheboygan County and the surrounding communities.

He has served as the Head Coach of the Howards Grove Tigers (LBL League) from 2015–2023, where he helped multiple athletes grow into current varsity-level players. 

Since 2021, he has also been the Head Coach of the WI Lakers NE 2028s (16U), focusing on skill development, confidence, and basketball IQ.

His Match Point training for girls ages 8–14, Coach Benton emphasizes fundamentals, work ethic, discipline, and building a strong love for the game.
