Meet Haley Wynn!

Haley Wynn is a former Division I collegiate softball player at Ball State University, where she competed for five seasons and earned All-Conference and All-Region honors. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and a M.A. Athletic Coaching Education. Haley grew up in Greenfield, Wisconsin and went to Whitnall High School where she was a standout multisport athlete and competed in both softball and volleyball. As a junior, she led her team to a Division II Softball State Championship title and earned numerous accolades over the course of her four years, including Division II Softball Player of the Year, All-Suburban Player of the Year, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Softball Player of the Year, Conference player of the year, All-State recognition, and All-Conference honors. Haley is very passionate about athlete development. She brings experience, discipline, high-energy, and intentional coaching to every athlete she works with - empowering them to reach their full potential.

Strength Training - A strength training session will include weights or resistance bands to build strength in muscles. Each session will involve multiple different exercises and can be either lower body, upper body, or full body specific. The goal is to increase weight, resistance, or repetitions to strengthen and challenge muscles. 

HIIT Training - HIIT training session’s goal is to push one’s body to maximum effort in a short period of time. This type of training maximizes calorie burn and improves one cardiovascular fitness. Various of exercises will be completed followed by a brief recovery time. 

Speed and Agility - Speed and agility training will focus on improving one’s speed. During a training session one will go through various drills to help increase speed, increase reaction, and change directions more efficiently in their sport. 

Plyometric Training - Plyometric training is also considered “jump training.” The goal of this type of trading is to increase explosive strength and speed. Plyometric training is used in sports that require quick, powerful movements. 

Mobility - Mobility goes beyond a typical stretching routine. The goal during a mobility training session is to improve the body’s ability to move more freely and efficiently through full range of motion
