Explosive Training: 8th grade & UP

Training instructed by Chris Zablocki & Kegan Olig - Agility, Power, Speed and Strength training will focus on improving one’s speed. During a training session one will go through various drills to help increase speed, increase reaction, and change directions more efficiently in their sport.

Training instructed by Kegan, a certified trainer - 60 min - Training will focus on improving one’s Agility, Power, Speed and Strength. During a training session one will go through various drills to help increase speed, increase reaction, and change directions more efficiently in their sport.

Group Training

Training instructed by Kegan, a certified trainer - 60 min - Training will focus on improving one’s Coordination, Stability and Strength. During training sessions one will go through various exercises to increase coordination, stability, and strength for their specific sport.

Female & Male - Ages 12 through 15

$20 per session

Trainer Tracy, a certified trainer Tracy - training will focus on improving one’s Strength and Stability.
